It's time for chartering units for next year. Here are a few tips to help make the process go smoother and maybe even save some money
- Accessing the online rechartering system
- Go to utahscouts.org/recharter
- Recharter codes have been emailed to the COR of each unit
- Erik can provide codes if you need them
- Adding youth who have been Scouts in the past
- Use a paper registration form instead of the online registration system
- Be sure to include their BSA ID to avoid the $25 new member fee
- Erik can look up BSA IDs for youth
- Adding adults who have been registered in the past
- Use a paper form instead of the online registration system
- Do NOT use old adult registration forms. They have the incorrect background check authorization form.
- Contact Erik for a PDF application form that can be filled out on the computer then printed to be turned in
