The Old Ephraim District is doing a district wide service project this year for the Cache County Sub for Santa organization. Each year Sub For Santa receives a number of donated bikes which are then fixed up and repaired by Aggie Blue Bikes to a good, workable condition. The intention is to give these bikes to children of families in the area who otherwise could not afford a bike for Christmas. In order to give the bikes to a family, they need to include a new bike helmet as well. Due to safety issues, these helmets must be new (not used) which obviously creates a significant expense for the organization.
Our district has decided to help out by collecting new, unused bicycle helmets to be given with the bikes to children that need them. Donated helmets can be dropped of on either December 7th or 8th, 2020 at the
east doors of the
Bridgerland Technical College-West Campus between 9 am and 6 pm. Call 435-754-9216 when you arrive and someone will come out to collect the donations.
